Casale Lorenzo is a beautiful stone villa for 10 persons set at the gates of the green and wooded dell of Casentino, one of the four valleys which surround the city of Arezzo.
The Casentino Valley, placed north of Arezzo, have nowadays become a National Trust of the Natural Reserve of Casentino Forests.
The Casentino valley, crossed by the River Arno, during the centuries had been a land of armies transit and conquest.  One of the most remembered battles is Campaldino fought in 1289 between Florence and Arezzo, where also Dante Alighieri struggled together with the Florentine army.
Casale Lorenzo is composed of a main villa on two levels and an annex equipped with a billard table, all around a wide park completely fenced with a beautiful swimming pool (size 15x8 m., depth 1,00-2,40 m.) and a small children play area. Table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor eating. Next to the pool a locker room and a bathroom with shower.
The furnishing is cured, refined and comfortable and fits perfectly in with the features of the villa.

Video Podere Mugnana Greve in Chianti

Podere Mugnana is an ancient farmhouse composed of a main villa and an independent house, typical of the Tuscan hills in the famous region of Chianti, a few km far from Firenze and, at the same time, not far either from Siena, placed in one of the most beautiful and evocative areas of Tuscany.
The house is situated in an extremely panoramic position and overlooks magnificent vineyards, silver olive groves, small hamlets and the splendid, medieval Castle of Mugnana, which is less than 1 km far from the property. Strada in Chianti, the closest village, is only 3 km far and endowed with small shops and restaurants, all the same Greve in Chianti, 13 km far, is the typical village of the area, immersed onto the renowned vineyards which produce the Chianti, one of the most celebrated wines all over the world. In the main villa there are two apartments, in one of them live the owners, the other IL GLICINE (4 persons) is at clients disposal.
I PINI, (6 persons) on the other hand, is an adjoining independent house, born from the careful restoration of an ancient barn with a private, enclosed garden.
The beautiful swimming pool (size mt. 6x10, depth mt. 1,30-1,50), edged round with natural stone, is placed among olives and is occasionally used also by the owners. At clients disposal a very panoramic terrace which dominates the below valley, a well-kept garden, equipped with swing seat, barbecue and wood burning oven.
The two apartments, well furnished in the typical Tuscan style, offer a good level of comfort which, bond to the uniqueness of the place, will ensure an unforgettable holiday in the Chianti region.
