The holiday farmhouse La Crosticcia is composed by three apartments (Poggetto, Rio and Oliveto) which are situated only 2 km far from the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, in the Valdichiana area, endowed with all kind of shops and facilities. Only 500 meters far there is a Supermarket, so it is particularly indicated for those who don’t want to use often the car. The apartments have been furnished with love and charm by the owners, with rustic furniture and equipped with all the modern comforts, and each dispose of and external coveres space with table and chairs to eat outside.

Then at guests’ disposal the beautiful swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 1,20-2,70 m), gardens equipped with garden furniture, two shaded car spots, and a common room where, on request it is possible to have breakfast. Next to the pool a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled. The Agriturismo la Crosticcia is also an organic farm and offers to the guests the opportunity to taste and buy organic products such as extra virgin olive oil, wine, jam, fresh fruit, vegetables, chestnuts and honey. Renting the three apartments (groups up to 12 persons) it is possible to benefit of the privacy and independence of a single villa.
