We were very pleased with the villa la Crosticcia we stayed in, everything was very nice and like a home rather than a holiday let. We thought the descriptions did not do the villa justice as the villa was far better than we expected. The owners were lovely and not do enough for us, they made us fell welcome and helped us with the Carabinieri after we were robbed on Money. I would not hesitate to use this property again.

We were very satisfied on all levels concerning il Rio. The only possible improvement: dishwasher and more kitchen equipment (better pots and pans and sharp knives ), wine glasses ( but we bought them and we left them so we hope to find them next year if we return). Basic ingredients to cook: pepper, salt, sugar would be useful. The owner is very kind and helpful. The pool is very clean and the garden very well kept. The bathroom is very well equipped (but the shower door and shower hose need to be fixed).
