FARMHOUSE DIVIDED IN APARTMENTS WITH PANORAMIC SWIMMING POOL. A rural hamlet comprising small houses plus the owner’s house where he lives with his family. Set on the steep hills overlooking the village of Pratovecchio endowed with all necessary shops and services, the houses can be considered the ideal base for getting to know the beautiful Casentino valley. 

A sunny panoramic terrace overlooks a lovely 7x14 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m). There is a laundry, table tennis, a bowling alley and mountain bikes to rent. All apartments have satellite TV and telephone. On request the owner can prepare breakfast.

Its location is a bit isolated by the mountains and picturesque isn’t really the word, you would choose to describe the nearby village – but other than that, the view is fantastic and the setting quite lovely.
