VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN PANORAMIC POSITION. Charming villa in the hills of the upper part of the Arno Valley, in a privileged position that combines the peace and quietness of this place with the possibility of short trips, thanks to the good roads in the valley that connect Arezzo and the charming Arno Valley and Chianti area. The villa is the ideal accommodation for those who wish to leave an holiday in contact with nature. From here you can admire the marvellous view of the Arno valley and Chianti hills in all its outstanding beauty, where natural setting remains pure and unspoiled.

Around the villa there is a large fenced garden equipped with garden furniture, table tennis and barbecue, and a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10m, depth 1,40m). The house has been comfortably furnished with period furniture.  The road leading to the house (about 1.5km) is quite steep in parts but is nonetheless practicable with any type of car. The villa is endowed with solar panels which make it independent from traditional energy resources making the most of its ecological value.

The house is suitable also for rentals to bigger parties considering that a few meter far there is the house ARCOBALENO (sleeps 10) belonging to the same owner.
