HOLIDAY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN PANORAMIC AND SUNNY POSITION. Villa in a panoramic position situated at the foot of a high hill. It is set in the natural context of the Casentino Forests Park. Only 4 km away is the village of Stia where it's possible to find all kind of services. A wide garden, shaded by old oak trees, surrounds the house. 

In the garden there are also a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a children play areaa children play area and a table-tennis. At full and exclusive guests' disposal satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Just in front of the house, in panoramic and sunny position, there is a 10 x 5 m swimming pool (depth 1,10-1,50 m) completely fenced. On request the owner will prepare typical Tuscan dinners. Furnishings are comfortable and nice.

Nous avons eté très satisfaits du service de Eurocasa. Le proprietaire etait jolie et notre arrivé etait très accueillante. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème. Les proprietaires nous ont laissé deux numéros de téléphone  et étaient facilement rejoignables ce qui est très sécurisant. Les photos étaient très représentatives de la maison. Je recommande cette maison qui est très belle. Par contre, en avril c’est un peu frais car elle est située en montagne. Il serait intéressant d’ajouter les températures moyennes dans votre site pour les différentes saisons. Eurocasa est une agence sérieuse et je vous recommanderais sans aucun problème . Cordialement
