LUXURY VILLAS WITH PRIVATE POOL AND BILLIARD ROOM. Beautiful luxury stone villa set at the gates of the green and wooded dell of Casentino, one of the four valleys surrounding the city of Arezzo. The Casentino Valley, placed north of Arezzo, have nowadays become a National Trust of the Natural Reserve of Casentino Forests. The valley, crossed by the River Arno, during the centuries had been a land of armies transit and conquest, one of the most remembered battles is "Campaldino" fought in 1289 between Florence and Arezzo, where also Dante Alighieri struggled together with the Florentine army.
The property is composed of a main villa and an annex, all around a wide park completely fenced where there are a beautiful swimming pool (size 15x8 m., depth 1,00-2,40 m.) and a small children play area. Next to the pool a locker room and a bathroom with shower. The furnishing is cured, refined and comfortable and fits perfectly in with the features of the house. The house is endowed with solar panels.

GROUND FLOOR: coming down two steps we find, living-dining room with fireplace and sofas, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with washbasin, bidet and wc, small laundry room. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat "al fresco".
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal stone staircase we find a living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
ANNEX: large living room with BILLIARD TABLE and fireplace, bathroom with shower.
