HOLIDAY HOUSE DIVIDED IN TWO APARTMENTS WITH POOL IN PANORAMIC POSITION. La Scatolaia is a holiday house divided in two apartments placed in the hills on the borders of the National Park of the Casentino. All around the house a completely fenced green space (approx. 1.500 m2) overlooking the valley below . Each apartment has its own entrance and outdoor area equipped with table and chairs and barbecue.
At guests disposal a beautiful and fenced swimming pool (size m 5x10 - depth m 1,50), children playground and table tennis. Communal washing machine. The property, when you reserve both apartments, is comfortable and convenient for group rentals (up to 12 persons).
FORNO, 5+2 Sleeps, Area 80 m2
Pleasant first floor apartment. Sitting/diningroom with double sofa bed and open fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. Large porch with wood oven for barbecueing or making pizzas.

We had booked the house called la scatolaia in stia , and we want to tell you, that it was such a wonderfull stay at that house, everything was perfect and the owner was a very nice person. It's a real paradise there and we missed nothing....there was not one problem, the house is in a very good shape and the pool is the highlight! For sure we will come again as soon as possible!
