APARTMENT WITH SHARED SWIMMING POOL AND PANORAMIC VIEW. Farmhouse situated at the top of a hill with a breathless view of the Valdichiana. The accommodation is divided into three apartments. The apartments have been simply furnished but with all the modern comforts (wireless internet access, satellite TV, dish-washer, toaster) and have garden equipped with table and chairs. At disposal of clients a small vegetable garden from which guests are free to take seasonal vegetables, the bicycles, the barbecue, the children playground, the laundry room and the panoramic and fenced swimming pool ( 5 x 15 m, depth 1,20-2,50 m), also used by the owner, with a hot shower, changing room and sunbeds are all.
A holiday in this farmhouse offers the opportunity to relax by the pool or make the most of its convenient location by visiting the most beautiful artistic towns of Tuscany and Umbria such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and the area around Lake Trasimeno, all within a short drive from the house. Renting all three apartments (groups up to 18 persons) it is possible to benefit of the privacy and independence of a single house.

We were very pleased with the house ORZO. The house is very big; big bedrooms, nice bathrooms and a big living. The house is situated on a nice location where there is no noise. It was pleasant to have a garden where we could take vegetables and fruit. The contact with the owner was very good; the doughter spoke English, so we understood each other and she was very kind. I would recommand the ORZO house to friends. Also when we come back to Toscane in the next years our preference will be the ORZO house
