VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL. Charming farmhouse, with annex, in a carefully renovated 16th century water mill which still has the original milling room. At the exclusive use of the guests a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 1,10 m.) installed in the characteristic star-shaped dam. Around the old mill and its annex hidden from the eyes of unwanted visitors, there is a shaded park with tall trees, and areas equipped with garden furniture where one can relax.

The house is part of an agricultural farm which produce good wine to be tasted and bought directly on site. Apart from its production of excellent wines, like Nobile di Montepulciano, this area of Southern Tuscany is also famous for the many thermal spas and health farms. Guests at their arrival and during the holiday are assured of a very good assistance by the owner, who speak also English.
