Typical farmhouse situated in a panoramic position on the hills on the border between the two most beautiful regions of central Italy: Umbria and Tuscany. A recent and careful restoration, transformed into a beautiful farmhouse divided into 3 welcoming apartments, furnished with taste under the watchful guidance of the owner. The accommodation is part of an agricultural farm of about 100 hectares which comprises cereals fields, olive groves and green woods where beautiful thoroughbreds horses are bred. The horses can be admired free at pasture on the lands next to the farmhouse.

Approx. 12 km far Castiglione del Lago, village on the TRasimeno Lake, which offers folk and cultural events during all the year. Moreover, in 50 km drive there are the main Tuscany's Spa Resorts, such as Bagni San Filippo, Terme di San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni, ideal places to regenerate body and mind.

All around the farmhouse a large, completely fenced green space, where each apartment has its own area equipped with table and chairs, and there is the beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 mt, depth 1,20 mt). Between the Farmhouse and the pool there is an annex where there are a common hall, a small kitchen, a barbecue and a laundry room.
