VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN THE CHIANTI HILLS. Villa, situated near the town San Giustino Valdarno, can be reached from an unmade road (about 1 km). It has been cleverly renovated to provide a comfortable holiday home with high standard internal fittings and elegant, comfortable, good quality furniture.
The house is situated on the slopes of Pratomagno, a splendid mountain where it's possible to provide infinite possibilities for nature excursions on foot or by mountain bike, along well sign-posted routes. It's also possible to visit the most important art cities in Tuscany, since Arezzo is just 20 minutes drive away and Siena and Florence less than an hour’s drive. In front of the house is a large garden surrounded by luxuriant olive groves and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, wood burning oven as well as the 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m), in a sunny and panoramic position.
