Poggio Pellicciaia is located on a beautiful hill in a panoramic position only 5 km from the city of Arezzo. The ancient city offers shops and facilities of every kind and during the whole year there are numerous folk and cultural events, such as the Joust of the Saracen and the Antiques Fair which takes place the first Sunday of every month. 

Plunged into the green wide park there are the owner's villa the the single villa "Diamond" and the other villa divided into two apartments: "Emerald and Ruby" all wisely and refinedly furnished. At guests' disposal a wide barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool (size mt 16x8, depth mt 1,00-2,00) to share with the owners, with internal hydromassage and wide gazebo equipped with outdoor furniture, a small bar with fridge.
