VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND PANORAMIC POSITION IN THE CHIANTI HILLS. Typical stone villa on a panoramic and quiet position on the Chianti hills surrounded by age-old olive trees and wineyards. Only 1 km far the little village of Pieve a Presciano endowed with restaurants and other small shops. The house location is ideal to visit the main Tuscan cities such as Arezzo (20 km far), Siena (45 km far) and Firenze (60 km far).
The property is made of a main house and an annex which can be rented exclusively together to one group. All around the two houses a wide green area, where for the exclusive use of the guests, there are the swimming pool (size m 6x12 - depth m 1,40), a gazebo equipped with table and chairs to eat outside and a barbecue. Furnishing is simple and cosy with some original antiques.
