margherita - farmhouse in tuscany: grosseto and maremma

The medieval small town of Campagnatico stands in a panoramic position, in the center of the coloured Tuscan Maremma, about 25 km from the sea, near to the slopes of the Amiata mountain and the Brunello area. In the neighbourhod, among the green tuscan hills rich of olive trees, vineyards and woods, there is the Farmhouse of Santa Maria divided into four apartments and the owner‘s house. All around the house a spacious garden, equipped with outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas, and the swimmig pool (size 6 x 12 m - max depth 1,60 m).

The numerous sightseeing tours, easily accessible in the neighbourhood and rich in etruscan, roman and feudal art are enhanced by the wonderful and extended Tirrenian Coast, by the spectacular Islands of the Argentario, by the natural park of Uccellina and by the elegant thermal resorts. Guests will have communal use of the laundry room with washing-machine, iron and spacious living-room. On request the owner can prepare the breakfast and typical dinners.
