VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN PANORAMIC POSITION. Typical country cottage is composed of the manor house and two dependences one of which is about 100 m. far from the main house. The three houses are comfortably furnished with traditional country antiques. Hidden amongst the wooded slopes around Cortona, 700 m. above the sea level, in a quiet and panoramic position, it is an ideal place for a vacation in contact with an environment still intact and uncontaminated.

Around the holiday houses there is a wide garden equipped with outdoor furniture, children’s play area, table tennis, volley ball field and barbecue and a large family size table, to eat outside immersed in nature. In a natural terrace above the houses there is a beautiful 6 x 12 m. swimming pool (depth 1,40 m.) for the guests’ exclusive use. Villa Il Cerro can lodge several families who decide to spend their holiday together, with the possibility to maintain their own privacy (each house has its own kitchen).

Dependance 2: Small independent house with entrance from an external staircase. First floor: living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
