VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL ON THE BORDER BETWEEN TUSCANY AND UMBRIA. Beautiful villa immersed in a pine wood, ideal starting point for visiting the many historical, artistic and religious sites of great interest such as Arezzo, Monterchi, Sansepolcro, Anghiari and so many other smaller sites. The villa is divided into two large apartments, one available for our guests and the other occasionally used by the owner.

Furniture is comfortable and the interior decorations are elegant and of good quality. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with table and chairs, barbecue, wood-burning oven and playground area for children. Near the house, there is a 5 x 12 m swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests, with a smaller part suitable for children (3 x 3 m).
