VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL NEAR LUCIGNANO. Lovely villa, with panoramic views, standing on the hills of the Valdichiana in a strategic position for visits to the tuscan towns. From the villa there are lovely views across the valley below up to the ancient town of Lucignano renowned for its medieval town plan which is amongst the most interesting in Southern Tuscany.

Around the house there is a large garden shaded by tall trees and olives trees to one side of which is an oak wood with shady pathways meandering through it. At one side of the garden a 6x12m swimming pool (depth 1,50m) with outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun umbrellas, and a five a side and volleyball fields.
