VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL HYDROMASSAGE BATH AND GYM EQUIPMENT. Farmhouse set in the woody hills in a panoramic position on the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo. A completely fenced garden full of flowers around the house. The space outside is also equipped with gazebo and garden furniture. To one side of the garden there are a swimming pool (6 x 9 m., depth 1,20 m.) and an hydromassage bath (6 seats). The property enjoys maximum privacy thanks to conifer and oak woods all around.  The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Satellite TV (3), barbecue and a children play area are available for guests' use.

Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) it is also suitable for the accommodation of more than one family group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence. Than in the low season and middle season period's it is possible to rent only one part (VILLINO ALBA 4+1 persons) or two parts (VILLINO ALBA 9 persons) of the house. In this cases, privacy and independence are always guarantee since the rest of the house will not be available for rental.

At the arrival all the guests will receive a basket with basic food. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels.
