Maggio Castiglionese - Sagra del CinghialePalio dei Rioni Third Sunday of June

During the whole month of May the village of Castiglion Fiorentino is animated by dancing nights, children’s games and typical products markets. In the weekends the “Sagra del Cinghiale” (Wild boar festival) will take place where to taste delicious typical dishes with boar.

The third Sunday of the month of June will take place the “Palio dei Rioni”, thrilling horse race, which reminds the Palio of Siena, among the three village districts, Porta Romana, Cassero and Porta Fiorentina.
